MEET THE TEAM

Born and raised in rural Victoria and now based in Sydney, Claire brings deep, global expertise in innovation strategy, commercialisation and startup support. She has led accelerator programs across government, academia and the private sector in Australia and Singapore, supporting founders to secure capital and scale impact. She actively mentors hundreds of startups every year as an official mentor in residence at ACS and was awarded National Mentor of the Year by Climate Salad.

Based in the Hunter region, Dave is an experienced program designer and facilitator, with a strong background in government innovation programs, early stage ecosystems and founder coaching. Previously the co-CEO of Spark Festival, he has delivered large scale innovation events and worked closely with investors and startups across Australia. He now leads the global partner and community network for Australian scaleup, Compass IoT.

Based at The Rock in southern NSW, Jo is a rural founder and ecosystem builder with extensive experience designing and delivering innovation and investment programs. 

She is a founder multiple times over of businesses in Australia and Singapore, including Pointer Remote and The Connection Table and a nationally recognised advocate for rural entrepreneurship.
